(第一次造訪 三井Cuisine M.)
年假我來了 ?
好久沒有過年了,至從去美國當留學生後算一算我已經六年沒有在家過年了!對於久違的在家過年感到異常興奮???
放年假的第一天就用美食來犒賞自己?
犒賞的美食就選定三井系列的Cuisine M。
上網先做了一下功課,發現三井集團下面有7個分店:
三井本館、上乘三井、三井極壽司(農安街)、明水三井、三井選品(明水路)、三井料理美術館(敦化南路)、三井 cuisine m(信義店)。每一家的Menu都不太一樣(但應該都很好吃?)最後決定選擇位在信義計畫區的Cuisine M。
Cuisine M位在信義區花旗大樓一樓的Lobby服務台右側的小門中,大門看起來很不起眼,推開門口感覺進入一個不一樣的世界。
餐廳裡面採用黑色調加上挑高寬敞的空間設計顯得整個餐廳華麗又低調。
點餐可以單點或者選固定價位的omakase,師傅會根據當日食材來進行搭配。
我們當天選擇一個人$1500的午餐套餐。Yay~~ Chinese New Year Vacation~!
Yay~~ Chinese New Year Vacation~!?
Its been a while since my last Chinese New Year vacation. How time flies! 6 years have passed I left Taiwan to study in the states. I am quite excited for the long-awaited Chinese New Year vacation with family in Taiwan!
What better to kick-off the Chinese New Year vacation with delicious food? We have chosen 三井(Matsui) Cusine M as the New Year treat. We first did our homework online and found that Matsui Corp has 7 restaurants. You can check them out here. The menu of each restaurant is quit differnet (I’m sure it’s tasty). We decided to give Cuisine M a try.
放筷子的金色架子好精緻,完全呼應了整間的氛圍。
The golden chopstick holder is well made, perfect compliment to the atmostphere.
第一道料理是生魚片。
服務生介紹我們從白色的肉吃到深色的肉。
The first dish is sashimi, the server was also kind enough to suggest us to eat from lighter-colored fish to darker-colored fish.
每一片生魚片都切得大小適中,剛好一口一片。重點是都好新鮮,入口即化!
Every piece of sashimi was perfectly cut, so fresh and melts in your mouth.
第二道料理是烤明蝦。
蝦肉很甜很Q彈,蝦頭裡面還有滿滿的膏!
The second dish is roasted prawns. It was sweet and chewy, the prawn head is also filled with paste.
第三道料理是香煎鱈魚
表皮煎的酥脆,配上味增醬,讓人停不下來!
The third dish is fried cod with miso sauce. The skin is quite crispy, and I just could not stop eating
鮑魚做成的日式沙拉很爽口開胃,而且鮑魚已經都先切好, 吃起來很方便.
The abalone japanese-style salad was very appetizing. The abalone was already cut and easy to consume.
Cuisine M不僅海鮮鮮甜好吃,煎牛排也讓人驚艷!外焦內軟的牛排超好吃!完全不需要旁邊的沾醬。
Ok, not only has Cusine M impressed me with its seafood, I was equally stunned with the steak. The crispy but tender steak was very delicious. To be honest, the steak sauce was completely unnecessary.
手卷是現做現上,這樣才可以吃到脆脆的海苔,好貼心?
The hand roll was made and served right away so we can eat it while the seeweed is still crispy. Good service!
最後一道是干貝豆腐湯。 很清爽,豆腐有種特殊的口感,綿綿的,感覺得出主廚的用心。
The last main dish is scallop tofu soup. It is very refreshing and the tofu has a special spongy texture to it. I can taste how Chef has put much attention and thought into this dish.
最後以招待的水果,蛋糕,和咖啡劃下完美的句點???
吃完後心裡默默的決定以後一定還要再來光臨三井餐廳!
Finally, the night was finished with fruit, cake, and coffee. The perfect ending to the perfect meal. ???
I am sure I will be back for more of this goodness!
