【 稜角室 】是一家以三明治為主打的早午餐
整體的價位在板橋來說算偏貴
但餐點的設計和呈現很有特色
厚片吐司裡面搭配的是一道道精細製作的料理
他們的生意很好, 建議大家先打電話訂位

Angle and Corner is a brunch place that emphasizes on sandwiches.
The pricing here is on the expensive side for Banqiao area.
However, the meal design and presentation is quite unique.
Inside of each sandwich, there is a fine-crafted dish.
They are quite busy, so I recommend making a phone reservation in advance.

其中我最喜歡的是這隻”厚到無尾熊”, 超想帶回家
但可愛的店員說這隻是她私人收藏不販賣
不過她跟我說是在板橋後站商圈扭到的
或者網路上搜尋也有人賣

▲You can see cute animal decorations at the corners of the restaurant.
I especially love this long chin koala. I really want to bring it home.
However, the cute waitress said it’s her own personal collection so it is not for sale.
She did tell me she got it at the Banqiao back station market, and I will also be able to find it online.

脆薯搭配蒜味美乃滋, 地瓜則是辣美奶滋

脆薯單吃帶有淡淡的甜鹹味
薯條本身炸的很酥脆但又不會太油膩

炸地瓜的表現很棒
外皮酥脆卻保有地瓜的鬆軟綿密感
特別是搭配了辣美乃滋讓炸地瓜多了另一層滋味

These 2 side dishes have a different recommended dipping sauce.
The french fries go with garlic mayo and the yam with spicy mayo.

The french fries without the sauce has a hint of sweet and salty taste.
The fries is crispy but not too heavy.

The fried yam is delicious.
The skin is crispy but the inside retained the yam’s soft and silky smooth texture.
Dipping it with the spicy mayo adds another layer of taste to the already flavorful yam.

上頭點綴草莓和鳳梨, 看起來很可愛
鮭魚和果香融合, 再搭配酸奶
整體清爽不油膩

▲Mediumly cooked seared salmon has lots of ingredients.
On top it is finished with strawberry and pineapple to give a cute appearance.
The combination of salmon, fruit, and yogurt gave this a refreshing feel.

油封鴨腿需要花很多功夫,
將鴨腿和馬鈴薯泥混合, 裹上粉後油炸
再搭配蒜味美乃滋和黑莓果醬
鴨腿洋芋餅外酥內軟綿, 單吃吃久了有些油膩
好在有搭配黑莓果醬, 酸甜的果醬中和油膩感

Making a confit duck leg is quite time-consuming.
You first mix the duck leg with mashed potato, and the covered it with bread crumbs before frying it.
Then it goes along with garlic mayo and blackberry jam.
The confit duck leg potato cake is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. After a while, it does get kind of heavy.
Good thing there is sweet and sour blackberry jam to neutralize some of the oiliness.

First mix the duck leg with mashed potato, and the covered it with bread crumbs before frying it.
Then it goes along with garlic mayo and blackberry jam.
The confit duck leg potato cake is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. After a while, it does get kind of heavy.
Good thing there is sweet and sour blackberry jam to neutralize some of the oiliness.
