也因嚮往甜點而至L’ecole Gregoire Freedandi學習，
More and more patissiers from Taiwan have been going directly to France to bring back more delicate and elegant European techniques and style.
They often go to France’s blue ribbon cooking school such as “Lenotre” and “Ferrandi”.
Recently, a gang known as the ‘Ferrandi Gang’ has been gaining popularity and causing a stir.
They are well known due to having brought back authentic French desserts from the same famous French cooking school “L’ecole Gregoire Freedandi”.
They are Yu Chocolatier, Jouons Ensemble Pâtisserie, Quelques Pâtisserie, and WUnique Pâtisserie.
Camille, ‘Escape From Paris”s patissier, has also studied in L’ecole Gregoire Freedandi due to her passion for desserts.
I can already imagine she has a very solid foundation in dessert making.

Escape From Paris is hidden on the 2nd floor of “First Bank” on Neihu Rd.
It is about 5 minutes of walking straight away from the No. 2 Exit of the Gangqian subway station. It is right next to a Porsche Show Center.
When you walk through the door, you can take the stairs to the second floor.
The whole place’s decoration is a simple and pure white theme.
There aren’t many tables inside, only about 10 or so.
The dessert display case and the entire counter feels like a display show for luxurious items
Dining-in has a spending limit of at least a drink per person
Macaroon is 70NT each. On the day of, I saw 8 different flavors.
They also have macaroon gift boxes for purchase. 8-pieces box for 560NT and 16-pieces box for 1100NT.
The French desserts are priced around 170NT – 240NT.

I originally wanted to try Black Cherry Tart, but since black cherry is not in season, they do not currently offer it.
The waitress introduced the “Jazz Quartet” as their new product, so I order it to give it a try.
The cream puff is soft, very traditional French taste.
The filling is a soft vanilla custard filling, the taste isn’t too sweet and isn’t too heavy and full of a rich vanilla taste.
The caramel located in the center made the dessert rich in texture.
Overall, it is a very delicate and fine dessert.

The texture is soft, chewy, with a hint of rum’s aroma, but there isn’t actual alcoholic taste
The perfectly made le canelé really satisfied my stomach.

Using Japanese Sencha Tea as the base, infused with passion fruit, peach, wild berries, and other spices, along with bits of pineapples, petals, this drink is rich and sweet.
我的甜點胃在【Escape from Paris 芙芙法式甜點】得到大大的滿足。他們的法式甜點表現都很道地精緻。『爵士四重奏』是他們的新產品。底部的泡芙皮是軟的，很正統的法式口感。內餡是柔滑的香草卡士達餡，口味不會太甜膩，又有濃濃的香草味。最中心的焦糖讓整個甜點口感豐富，是一道非常精細的甜點。『可麗露』也很經典，外皮酥酥脆脆充滿焦糖香氣，內餡有著像蜂巢般的組織，口感濕軟Q彈又帶點萊姆酒的香氣，入口卻沒有酒味。不過我當天來用餐的時候可以明顯感覺到人手不足，只有一位店員要招呼全部的客人。
My stomach with an affinity fo desserts was very satisfied at Escape From Paris. Their French desserts are very authentic and fine. The “Jazz Quartet” is their new product. The cream puff is soft, very traditional French taste. The filling is a soft vanilla custard filling, the taste isn’t too sweet and isn’t too heavy and full of a rich vanilla taste. The caramel located in the center made the dessert rich in texture. Overall, it is a very delicate and fine dessert. The le canelé is very classic as well. However, I felt this place is a bit understaffed on the day of my visit. There was only one waitress taking care of all the customers.
