可以拌義大利麺, 或做焗烤料理

Bolognese Sauce is quite easy to prepare, and it can be used to prepare many kinds of meal. You can add bolognese sauce with spaghetti, or you can bake it. Since I used fresh tomatoes to make my bolognese sauce, it tasted lighter but flavorful. I always prepare extra bolognese sauce and separate the sauce into small bags to freeze for multiple easy uses. When I want to have some spaghetti bolognese, I can simply reheat it!

材料 ( 約6~7人份 )

  1. 中型番茄     3-4 個
  2. 中型洋蔥     1個
  3. 大蒜            2瓣
  4. 牛絞肉        450g
  5. 罐頭番茄糊   2杯 (約300cc)
  6. 月桂葉        2枚
  7. 水               450CC
  8. 橄欖油        2大匙
  9. 海鹽和義式綜合香料    適量

INGREDIENTS ( 6~7 servings )

  • 3~4  medium tomatoes
  • 1 medium onions
  • 2 clove of garlic
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cup Tomato Paste
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • an appropriate amount of salt and Italian seasoning

1.先將洋蔥和番茄切丁, 大蒜切末

2. 加熱一個有深度的鍋子, 在鍋中加入橄欖油, 將洋蔥丁和大蒜末在放入, 用小火慢慢翻炒至洋蔥透明

2. cook onions and garlic in olive oil in a saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally, until onion is translucent and soft

3. 接著將牛絞肉放入鍋中,用中小火繼續拌炒至肉變色

4. 將番茄丁和番茄糊加入國中, 均勻拌炒

5. 加入水和月桂葉, 將鍋中材料煮滾後蓋上鍋蓋, 以小火燉煮至湯汁濃稠

5. Add water and bay leaves, after boiling covered, reduce heat to low and simmer until sauce is thickened

6. 嚐試味道後加入適量海鹽和義式綜合香料調味
